From the very beginning, we recognised that truck drivers and owner-operators in regional and rural Australia deserved the same access to quality products as those in the major cities. Just because you're based in the country doesn't mean you have any less pride in your truck or any less need for quality accessories and custom parts.
Too often, drivers in country areas were limited to buying products from a catalogue or online without ever having the opportunity to see them in person. We felt there was a real need to take the products directly to the people who use them every day.
That's one of the main reasons we committed to becoming a mobile business and attending truck shows across Australia. By travelling to regional communities, we give truck owners the chance to see, touch, and compare products before they buy. For many old-school truckers, that's important. They want to feel the quality, inspect the workmanship, and talk to someone who understands trucks before making a purchase.
Truck shows became the perfect way for us to connect with customers face-to-face, share our knowledge, and provide access to products that might otherwise be difficult to find outside the major centres. It's about more than selling parts - it's about supporting the trucking community and ensuring everyone, no matter where they're located, has access to the products they need to take pride in their truck.
Today, that philosophy remains at the heart of what we do. We continue to travel thousands of kilometres every year, bringing quality products, expert advice, and genuine customer service directly to trucking communities throughout Australia.
